Successful employee qualification at the social alarm monitoring centre
Basel/ Switzerland – The non-profit foundation Medizinische Notrufzentrale MNZ has existed for over 50 years. What was once the office space with a rotary phone and card file became a high-tech enterprise with cutting-edge technology and IT infrastructure. The team at the headquarters now consists of 16 care specialists who ensure competent consultation and referrals 24/7. 80,000 people will receive medical consultation and assistance throughout the year from the experienced employees. Physicians, pharmacies and rescue services in north-western Switzerland were affiliated with this.
For years, MNZ has relied on the control centre management system 7 Professional by TeleAlarm to process emergency calls. LMS7 offers an innovative and high-efficiency software platform for social alarm monitoring centres which ensures the seamless and intuitive handling of all tasks associated with emergency call processing. Due to its modular structure, it is flexible and scalable and offers a solution tailored to the customer.
In two intensive training sessions, the employees of the social alarm monitoring centre were trained in application and administration. In particular, new employees were introduced to the intuitive platform but long-term employees were also involved in administration. Thus, the LMS7 is to be adapted even more to the needs of the persons in charge and ultimately the emergency call and mobile call customers.
