One of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for our quality assurance is the Warranty Return Rate of our products (WRR). This indicator is constantly measured and controlled by our Quality Manager. The WRR for TeleAlarm products currently stands at 0.35%, which exceeds our target rate of 0.7%. We are very proud of the great results that we are achieving, which ensures that you, as customer, are getting the best quality products.
