TeleAlarm has acquired all shares in the Dutch service provider ZorgServicePunt+ from its current owner, a Dutch foundation, with retroactive effect from 1 January 2024.
ZorgServicePunt+ offers healthcare organisations a wide range of home care support services, including home emergency call systems, home access solutions, activity monitoring, video communication and other care automation tools.
Combining the service expertise of ZorgServicePunt+ with the hardware and software expertise of TeleAlarm opens up new opportunities for our customers to help improve quality of life for people in need of care and their relatives.
This acquisition takes a long-standing successful partnership to a new level. “We are convinced that we can generate even more benefits for our customers by combining the service expertise of ZorgServicePunt+ with the hardware and software expertise of TeleAlarm,” said Dr Arnd Karden, Managing Director of TeleAlarm.
The business cultures of both companies harmonise very well with each other. “We are delighted to have found a buyer for ZorgServicePunt+ in our long-standing partner TeleAlarm, who will continue the successful work of recent years. We look forward to working even more closely together,” said Toon van Aken from ZorgServicePunt+.
