Change in sales management (GER-AT)

After a successful eight-year collaboration, Michael Hendricks will be leaving the TeleAlarm Group on February 28, 2025, at his own request.

Michael joined TeleAlarm in 2016 as a sales representative and took over as Head of Sales for Germany and Austria in 2018. Under his leadership, TeleAlarm has experienced remarkable growth in these markets, establishing itself as a leading provider of emergency call systems and solutions.

Throughout his tenure, Michael has made a significant impact on revenue growth and customer portfolio expansion. His strategic vision and dedication have been highly valued by both clients and colleagues. Notably, his initiatives to enhance customer service and build strong partnerships have played a crucial role in TeleAlarm’s success. His achievements stem not only from his expertise but also from his ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.

Michael’s decision aligns with his personal aspirations, as he seeks to further pursue his passion for corporate communications and public relations in a new professional environment. Reflecting on his departure, Michael shared:

The TeleAlarm management team deeply regrets his departure but fully supports his decision to explore new opportunities. At the same time, we are pleased to announce that David Wörner will be stepping into the role of Head of Sales for Germany and Austria.

David brings extensive experience in the emergency call sector and in-depth market knowledge. With his expertise and strong network, he is well-equipped to continue Michael Hendricks’ successful work seamlessly.

David Wörner will receive full support from the entire sales team and management to drive TeleAlarm’s continued growth in Germany and Austria.
