The home tradeshow on February 24th and 25th was a complete success. Some customers made their way to Leipzig to take a look at the new facility of TeleAlarm Europe GmbH and the parent company Leesys – Leipzig Electronic Systems GmbH.
The customers had the opportunity to have all their questions about TeleAlarm answered and to take a peek inside Leesys during a plant tour.
Leesys GmbH has already taken over the logistics, shipping, service and repair services for TeleAlarm. In the future, there will also be an integration on the production side. Leesys CEO Dr. Arnd Karden explains: “Because we achieve cost parity between the current Asiatic production facilities and internal production at a Leesys German plant, we are pleased to move the production of TeleAlarm products to Germany. This means we can ensure TeleAlarm customers maximum flexibility in addition to the ‘Made in Germany’ quality.” A fully-automated high-bay warehouse and driverless transport systems in production have certainly made an impression.
