We have minimal returns of devices with warranty claims due to our quality checks. However, should a technical problem still result, we have our RMA office (Return Material Authorization) on site. It can take care of your returns quickly and easily.
And to make it even easier, we have adapted our RMA form.
In addition to an extended warranty of 36 months for our products (12 months for rechargeable batteries and batteries), in the future you will have the ability to have faulty devices picked up from you at no charge.
In the future, you will have a replacement offer for devices outside of the warranty. When sending in your devices, please let us know if you would like to have the old devices back or not.
