Certification in quality management
TeleAlarm has developed a great reputation in terms of reliability and quality, and that is no accident. Our commitment to the quality of our products and our service is virtually limitless. In order to ensure the full satisfaction of our customers in an area which puts more and more emphasis on financial growth, TeleAlarm maintains a quality management system, the effectiveness of which is continuously improved in keeping with the provisions of “SO9001:2008 Quality Management (QM) System”. Our quality management system covers all areas of our company, i.e. development, production, sales and after-sales service. The implementation of the provisions of “ISO9001:2008 QM System”, just like their practical implementation, their suitability and effectiveness, is safeguarded by regular reviews by the company management. And the QM System is certified annually according to ISO9001 by the certification entity “TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH”.
Sustainability in the production of TeleAlarm products
TeleAlarm products are mainly manufactured by the company Leesys – Leipzig Electronic Systems GmbH in Germany. We have informed you about the relocation of the Production division from different locations worldwide. The relocation occurred primarily to maintain our high quality standards: TeleAlarm “Swiss design – made in Germany”.
However, also the issue of sustainability was and is important to us in our decision to move production back to Germany. Our manufacturer, Leesys – Leipzig Electronic Systems GmbH – is not only certified in the Quality Management (QM) System according to ISO9001 and ISO/TS16949, but also according to DIN ISO 14001 and DIN ISO 50001. This means that Leesys from TÜV SÜD has certified systems on environmental management and energy management.
Certification of the environmental management system according to DIN/ISO14001 proves our conscious energy-friendly use of resources. With the ISO50001-certification of the energy management system, we have made a contribution to improve greenhouse gas emissions and other environmental effects.
