Effective January 1st, 2015, what was previously the telecare and nurse call business by Bosch was transferred to Quantum Capital Partners AG, a long-term and strategically-oriented investment company from Munich. Quantum Capital Partners AG is continuing to run this business in Germany with TeleAlarm Europe GmbH.

TeleAlarm is integrated into Leesys GmbH within the Quantum Group. Leesys GmbH is a service provider in the area of Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), with a production facility in Leipzig. Further information is available at www.leesys.com.
The two companies mutually enhance one another. While TeleAlarm has an extensive market and product know-how in the telecare and nurse call system areas, Leesys contributes the process know-how about production and logistics processes. Therefore, since the beginning of the year, all logistics, service and repair processes have been taken over by Leesys in Leipzig. The product development will remain with TeleAlarm SA in La Chaux-de-Fonds in Switzerland.
